REDS Management Consultancy is an independent advisory firm based in Dubai, helping governments, regulators and high-risk organizations across the GCC and MENA build emergency, crisis and continuity capability that holds up when tested.
Who we are
Resilience is not a document. It is a capability
REDS was founded in 2006 to help organizations turn strategy into practical preparedness. We work with leadership teams who need arrangements that perform under pressure, not only on paper.
Our work spans emergency management, crisis leadership, business continuity, organizational resilience, risk and preparedness assurance. Training is part of how we build capability, always within our domain and linked to advisory work.
Every engagement is led by senior advisors, from scoping to the final briefing.
