More than 25 years advising governments, critical infrastructure operators, higher education institutions and international partners across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan and the wider MENA region

He founded REDS in 2006 to help organizations turn strategy into practical preparedness capability. His work combines senior practice with two decades of teaching, research and programme building in crisis, risk and emergency management, including the design and implementation of Incident Command Systems for complex industrial environments.

Taghreed Mango brings an MBA-level management perspective, business development experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a particular interest in creativity, innovation and organizational development.

As Director of Business Development & Strategic Engagement, she supports the company’s growth by developing strategic relationships, identifying opportunities, strengthening client engagement and helping translate REDS’s expertise into meaningful opportunities with organizations across the region.

Her experience includes involvement in the development of advisory and training activities through EBCCM since its establishment in 2010, as well as experience in business development, e-marketing and client-oriented engagement.

At REDS, she focuses on building relationships and creating opportunities that connect organizations with the firm’s advisory expertise in resilience, emergency management, crisis leadership, business continuity and preparedness, supporting REDS’s growth and international positioning.
